FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What are the shipping rates?

Our shipping rates start from $750.00 and vary depending on the weight and value of the package. Please see our rates page for further details. 

What days do you ship?

We ship packages twice per week: Tuesdays and Fridays. 

When are the cut-off days and times?

We have two cut-off days: Monday and Thursday, with the cut-off time being noon (12:00 PM) for both days. This means that packages received before noon on these days will be sent on the next day's shipment.

When will I receive my packages?

Packages that arrive before the cut-off time of noon on Mondays and Thursdays will be packed for the next day's shipment and should be ready for pickup within the next 3 business days. Conversely, packages that arrive after the cut-off time will be moved to the next cut-off date. For example, a package that arrives at 1:00 PM on Monday will be sent on Friday's shipment instead of Tuesday.

Where is the office located?

We haven't decided on a location as yet. In the meantime, packages will be delivered free of charge to people in the Montego Bay area on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays, once the status is "Ready for Pickup/Delivery". You may also contact us via WhatsApp at 1-876-403-3707 to arrange the pickup of your packages.

Where is my package?

Packages go through various statuses once they are received at our warehouse. 

  • Received Overseas: The package has been received at our Florida warehouse.
  • En-Route: The package is on its way to Jamaica.
  • At Local Port: The package is being processed at the Jamaica Customs facility
  • Pending: The package is being held by Customs and requires additional information, usually requested via email. 
  • Ready for Pickup/Delivery: The package has cleared customs and is ready to be delivered.
  • Collected: The package has been collected by the customer or their authorized agent.

Do I need a permit to ship with you?

Not exactly. Most items purchased online can be shipped to Jamaica. However, a select few require a special permit. Click the links below to view the restricted items that require special permits to be imported to Jamaica.

Additionally, LnC Freight does not ship the following items:

  • Guns and Ammunition
  • Perishable Goods (including but not limited to items that require cold storage)
  • Narcotics
  • All Legal and Counterfeit Currencies
